EMI is reissuing five of the first six Genesis albums on collector-grade vinyl. The collection includes the band's second to sixth releases, missing out debut 1969 record From Genesis To Revelations.

Trespass (1970), Nursery Cryme (1971), Foxtrot (1972) and Selling England By The Pound (1973) are joined in this reissue campaign by the band's 1974 double-disc epic The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway.

As a set, the releases chart Genesis' evolution into one of prog rock's leading lights and concentrates mainly on the lineup of Peter Gabriel, Tony Banks, Steve Hackett, Mike Rutherford and Phil Collins.
