Tha sales tax is calculated incorrectly on the current sale (it is being based on original price) and will be adjusted down to reflect the sale price. We will do this by hand and all final charges will be correct. 

Diamond Groove handles only New Old Stock. That is, all stock is new and unplayed - we have never handled used stock. We have not purchased any new stock in approximately five years, so you won’t find the latest releases.

Shipping

Free Canadian Shipping on orders with merchandise totalling $200 or more, after all discounts and sale items.
All orders ship with Canada Post, with email confirmation of all charges prior to shipment. International customers will be emailed shipping options and rates.
Warehouse pickup of orders by appointment only is a shipping option when checking out.

Payment

Major credit cards accepted.
e-Transfer payments for Canadian orders accepted (choose “Phone” as the payment option). We will confirm via email the final amount for transfer along with payment instructions. Do not send payment before receiving that email.
 

Special savings for customers picking up orders at the warehouse (Hamilton, Ontario area) and paying with e-Transfer, equivalent to the HST on the order. This is in addition to other discounts and sales.
